They were juggling multiple consultants and trying to project manage them. They needed an agency, but didn’t want an agency mentality.
So, The Good Gang was born.
Less of a traditional agency, more of a collective. We are a fully remote, good gang of experts.
The Good Gang was founded by Lucy James and Kate Horner, two marketing experts with years of experience across multiple industries. Having collaborated on several projects in the sustainable and non-profits sectors they decided to found The Good Gang Agency in 2025.
